A veterinary nurse is a professional who provides care for animals. They work in animal hospitals, animal shelters, and other places where animals are treated.

Veterinary nurses are also known as veterinary technicians or animal health technicians.

Veterinary nurses are responsible for providing care and treatment to animals, under the supervision of a veterinarian.

Veterinary nurses are required to have a degree in veterinary nursing, be registered with the RCVS and have relevant experience in animal care. They must also be able to work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
