Can i persue Masters in History after engineering and if yes how

Hi,

I have completed my BE in Information technology from Mumbai University and have had 2 years work experience in a leading IT firm as a software developer.

But now i wish to persue my Masters in History aboard. With specialisation in European history.

So is this possible and if yes can you suggest which would be the best country to apply to and the application process and requirements.
